- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is based on a day rate plus all expenses needed to complete the work. Depending on the usage, distribution, or difficulty of the job, the day rate may increase or a licensing fee may be attached to the overall fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a commercial photographer who writes books and articles, and teaches workshops, I am always updating my education on the latest and greatest developments in photography.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I picked up a camera when I was 11 and always knew I'd be a photographer - not sure why. After receiving my Bachelor of Arts from Brooks Institute in 1991, I started my business and never looked back.
