Avi was very professional and explained the install process and also identified the missing part and was willing to come back for the missing part. With small additional charge, he did work on my other locks at the spot. Loved his work!!

Had the schlange Sense lock that wouldn’t unlock. He came fixed the issue and unlocked it right away and even explained what happened. Told him I wanted just the ordinary dead bolt lock and he switched it out for me within minutes! Thank you so much for the help and explaining everything!!!

Excellent service, punctuality, and communication. Had locks rekeyed very quickly, within 30 min. I was a bit surprised how expensive this was, but unfortunately we didn’t have the time to do ourselves. For three locks it cost $240 with labor. This seems expensive, but I guess that’s the price for having this quick convenient service. The locksmith was very kind and professional.
