Avi is a master in his craft and a pro's pro in customer service. I recommend Avi without hesitation. Avi showed incredible patience and diligence as we called him to fix our front door lock which was 35 years old. Not only did he come ready with spare parts, but he did everything he could to repair an ancient lock. When it was clear the internal locking mechanism was broken and could not be repair, Avi hunted relentlessly to find a replacement lock to fit our door's configuration in a style and color that pleased my wife. Once the new door lock was received he expertly installed the door lock and rekeyed the lock so we could use our existing keys. Finally, I was so thrilled with his work I had him repair 3 other door locks and rekey another door. Craftmanship, patience, astute problem determination and unrelenting customer service, that is what you get with Avi. P.S. He is an excellent communicator always keeping us updated on part availability and product choices.

He did such and awesome job!!! I've been lockout of my mailbox for 2 weeks now because some tenants didn't give back the key. I even drilled into the lock so I was a little worried. But now I can finally get the mail out. Thank you so much!!!
