Avihai was fast to respond, and as a 5-star pro, offered a very fair price. He arrived exactly on time, was polite, and super professional. He efficiently rekeyed all 3 of my locks in about half an hour. I will definitely hire him again and recommend him to my friends!

We recently hired Avihai from Top Locksmith, and the entire experience from start to finish was outstanding. He is professional, knowledgeable, and a wonderful person to interact with. Here are a few highlights from his visit: 1) Professionalism & Care: He was incredibly punctual and responsive during the quoting process. Upon arrival, he immediately put on clean shoe covers and laid down a rubber mat for his tools to ensure our floors weren’t scratched or dirtied—all without being asked. 2) Attention to Detail: His equipment was perfectly organized, and he left no mess behind. He even took the initiative to fix the alignment on our front door at no extra charge. 3) Knowledgeable: He took his time to ensure the job was done right and thoroughly explained all the features of our newly installed lock. 4) Value: His rates are very reasonable, especially compared to other quotes I received in the area.
