Buying a new home is stressful! I thought I was prepared but when our attic couldnt pass inspection due to ventilation issues I had no idea how to proceed. Thankfully, Attic Advisor had my back and guided me through the process!

Mike showed up to our scheduled appointment on time and with a great, professional attitude. The purpose of the visit was to inspect my attic for mold. We used a mold mitigation service last year and I wanted to be sure the problem hadn't reoccurred.Thankfully, we are mold free! Mike said everything looked great.

Contacted them to get professional advice of my attic condition . The inspector David gave me great advice on things I need vs things I should not need. Best part of their services, they sent the inspection report to multiple contractors in my area for bids. I will keep you guys update on the results when I get the bids. I was recommended to them by a friend and I have now recommended them to another friend.

I was worried I wouldn't be able to afford the repairs my attic needed. David was very understanding and helped me come up with a plan. He personally called qualified contractors for me to be sure I got the best price. Organizing this alone would have been a nightmare!
