  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Clients must provide one or two forms of identification. All identification cards must contain a photo, physical description, signature and serial number. I.e. a state issued driver license.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been working in Mortgage Lending for over 4 years. I have worked in different departments such as Processing and Post-Closing. I currently am in the Funding Dept. I have experience working on VA/FHA/Conventional loans.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I saw a need for this work, so I decided to fill it.
