- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have a couple large franchises but most 90% of our customers are small business owners in South Orange County. Our niche are new businesses and businesses who have a desire to grow. Moving to the next level means getting to the point where you have a steady supply of new customers, every single week, and we firmly believe that the way to do that is to have a strong presence online.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are several things you need to consider in my opinion. First, there are not that many true search engine optimization companies out there. Many of them do pay-per-clicks and call themselves an SEO companies. For every one true search engine optimization company there are ten pay-per-click companies. Second, the public thinks that website design and search engine optimization are the same thing. They are not. They go hand in hand but are "two different divisions within the same company" (best illustration I could come up with). You can have a person who is an excellent web designer but one who knows little about SEO. It goes both ways. You can have a person who knows a lot about the SEO side of things but little about web design. The best marketing companies have people who specialize in both. At Endless Expectations, for instance, I take care of the SEO side of things. That is my specialty. My partner knows little about SEO but can create a website out of this world. We get together on projects and see how we can synthesize our talents.
