Joy, the groomer and owner, truly goes above and beyond. From the moment we walked in, her passion for what she does was evident. It's easy to trust her with my precious pup.Joy's attention to detail is exceptional. She took the time to ensure every aspect of Ozzy's grooming was perfect. Fear-free grooming! I am so thrilled that I found this place on the AKC site. From the moment I went on their website to book an appointment you could tell the difference. Booking was easy, the facility was clean and modern, the staff was friendly and really cared about the dogs. They immediately made my high strung, anxious Scottie feel loved. They listened respectfully to all my concerns and we put together a grooming treatment so that my dog wouldnt be overwhelmed.Joy, the owner, lives up to her name! She greeted us with a big smile for me and lots of pats and belly rubs for my dog.I learned that she is a trained dog behaviorist and that she and her groomers are also trained in fear free grooming procedures. And it shows in the care they gave to my dog. They sent pictures as they groomed my dog so that I could see his progress. When I picked up my dog he was beautiful and happy!I am so grateful I found Joy and her wonderful staff. I highly recommend!

I was looking for a groomer as I lost my long time groomer who moved out of state. I was going by a shopping strip by my house and noticed the sign for Well Groomed Pets. I went in and spoke to Joy who was the owner/groomer of the place. I spoke about my 15 months old American Eskimo, Leo, and what I was looking for. She was very friendly and gave me all the info I was looking for. Well, Leo had his grooming today and I can't tell you how pleased I was with the job she did. I highly recommend Joy and the Well Groomed Pets at the Laguna Niguel location. Thank you Joy for a great job

4th or 5th time here and I cant say enough about how fantastic this place is. From the service, to grooming, to cleanliness, to personal calls to discuss grooming options! A forever customer here! My pup loves it and so do I!
