Introduction: I offer Spanish private lessons and ESL private lessons - all ages and levels welcome. I serve South Orange county (Laguna Niguel and surrounding areas). I'm a retired spanish teacher with a lifetime of experience and was raised with both languages. I offer lessons days and evenings. If you want to improve your grade in Spanish or English, you can do this. Most of my students earn an "a" in school after working with me. I teach all levels and ages and have worked with children and adults; students and professionals of various occupations. Sometimes it's just to those who want to learn spanish for travel. With children, I often sing Spanish songs related to my lessons, and I use various games - some that I create myself. I relate well with children as well as adults, and I'm good at giving memory joggers to help in learning. With adults, I teach according to what the student needs considering the level and knowledge they've acquired in the language we're working with, and i give them creative ways of reviewing what they've learned. Of course, students love the results they get at school, when almost immediately they start doing better in their tests and their grades improve. Adults, also, see the progress they've made, and they enjoy the variety in the way I teach. Moreover, all my students express the appreciation of being able to ask questions with freedom, which they can't do in a typical class setting, plus the flexibility they have in being able to reschedule if they have to miss a class.
