I was thinking if i don't like them I will cancel them after a month but I was amazed how they were able to rent out the property beyond my expectation with in 10 days. They impressed me with their work time after time. I ended up selling my own home through them and bought another property. Their management as well well sales both Rock! I have been using Formatic to manage my properties and they are doing a great job. They have yet to miss collecting rent including any required late fees as per the contract. They provide simple and timely statements. They take all the hassle out of managing my properties in CA. Their fees are reasonable as well.

I had to hire Mr. Morgan Cubete from PMI Temecula at tbe beginning of my 2week vacation. Before my vacation was over, he already had tenant applications ready for me to choose from. Mr. Cubete was very professional, very responsive to my many texts and emails. After I thought I no longer needed his help and I paid him, I text him for a huge favor having to do with the rental agreement and he had no problem helping me out!
I have had a wonderful experience with Maritime cleaning Company. They are always willing to do anything extra for me (laundry or clean out cabinets ect.) and they are always very efficient. I have never had a complaint. They do my personal home and our rental property as well!! I highly Recommend!!

THE FIRST UNIT THEY LISTED FOR RENTAL ON A MONDAY AND BY THURSDAY, THEY ALREADY HAVE 11 SHOWINGS AND BY FRIDAY, I HAD A WELL QUALIFIED AMAZON ENGINEER AND FAMILY AS A TENANT. WHEN I TALKED TO THE TENANT, HE SAID HE LIKED ZENPLACE'S ONLINE AND MOBILE SYSTEM FOR INSTANTLY BOOKING SHOWINGS AND WAS FRUSTRATED BY OTHER AGENTS WHO HE WOULD HAVE TO KEEP CALLING.
