We used Pedro to install a marble countertop and faucets in our master bathroom. He replied to me very quickly and scheduled a day within a week.
He and Paul were even early and finished in the amount of time we had talked about. Their work was amazing and we are thrilled with the results!
We will be calling them again for other construction needs!!!!

5 Stars for PPP Tile & Stone, Inc. Pedro, Jorge, Paul, and their crew were excellent from beginning to end, throughout the project. They came on time every day; they are fair and honest, accommodating, and communicative; when complications came up, they showed me immediately, and offered solutions. They worked full days and long hours to finish the job as quickly as possible, always cleaning up carefully each day. I will hire them again for upcoming projects. Their tile work is beautiful and professional.

I chose PPP based on their excellent Thumbtack reviews and now that my project is complete I can see that why they have earned the raves. I want to add that Pedro was willing to take on a small vanity countertop project when no one else was interested and got to me within a week which is amazing. He is easy to work with, really wants to partner with the homeowner to make sure everything is done to our expectations. Quality of work is excellent, he is also very clean and neat. This is a young company, they value their reputation and are eager to grow their clientele. Unlike other contractors I've encountered they truly want your business which is a nice feeling. Note that they have a Contractor license too and can do a lot more than tile and stone. I look forward to working with Pedro on future projects.

Pedro Penaloza changed 4 broken tiles on the floor. His work was excellent. He vacuums as he works to prevent dirt from spreading around. After he was done, the floor looked fantastic and everything was neat. I will definitely hire him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will be based on project needs and will give you an estimate based on my visit after seeing the job and/or photos or videos provided.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a visit to see the project in question, explain to the customer the process and what they would like to get done. Provide options and ideas on projects, show a portfolio of my previous work. If a customer needs an estimate asap I can request for photos or videos and based it on that. I will then provide an estimate and if approve we will continue with scheduling a date and time to begin project. I provide rough materials only and let customers purchase finishing materials/items just because there's a million types of styles, models, tastes, pricing etc.. that only the customer can decide on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my initial experience working for a very reputable installation company in Orange County doing most work in high end Orange County coast for several years. I have also worked with a Los Angeles company doing work in high end residential areas. I have continued my experience with my own company, take vendor classes to keep informed on the most updated products and installation process. Got my contractors license with CSLB.
