FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the type and length of the document. We offer competitive flat rates for most certificates (birth, marriage, divorce, death, etc.) and provide custom quotes for larger projects such as employee handbooks or legal packets. Discounts are available for bulk orders or repeat clients. Every translation includes notarization and triple authentication, so there are never hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by reviewing the customer’s documents and confirming their needs, whether they require notarization, certified copies, or special formatting. Once we agree on a price and turnaround time, we begin the translation process, which always includes three rounds of review for accuracy. The final step is notarization of the translator’s signature, and then we deliver the certified translation either digitally or in person, depending on the customer’s preference.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified translators with formal training in both Spanish and English translation, with over 20 years of hands-on experience. Our background includes specialized training in legal, business, and academic translations, and we continue to stay current with industry standards to ensure our work is accepted by government agencies, schools, and courts.
