Top notch, and turned out excellent. I was concerned with how they were going to tackle my job with a slanted metal roof and get to the 2nd story and then get in the rear of the house 2nd story to put up the eves and facia with the pool being in the way. They were very creative in how they did it, and im impressed! The crew was very nice and I highly recommend.

Office staff is great, Ordering Windows is fast and seamless. We had windows installed in our Assisted living and Memory care Units, Installers anticipated challenges and were able to over come them to provide the best customer service. We are continuing to use them monthly. Strongly recommend them.

We wanted our eaves enclosed as a fire-hardening measure recommended by OCFA. After getting several quotes we felt most confident with Ameriside, and the pricing was very reasonable. The crew that came was pleasant, efficient and left things very clean. A great experience all-around. Would use this company again for other services if needed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very up-front about our pricing. Our estimate includes all materials and installation, with no hidden fees or charges. We always offer FREE in-home estimates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will speak with you on the phone about your project, schedule an in person estimate where our team member will come to your home. They will bring material samples for you to see and discuss. We will then measure the areas to be replaced and provide an estimate to you via email typically by the end of the day. If you are happy with our service and quote, you sign the estimate and we enter you in the queue for installation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We employ only the most skilled installers in their field. Majority of our team is also CSLB licensed. We are OSHA trained for safety.
