Sam did such a great job installing all of the recessed lighting in my condo. He was very responsive and having done a lot of remodeling at another property, he was the most organized and clean contractor I have worked with. He made sure to lay out a protective covering on the counter to lay down his tools. He used laser tools to layout his work. Even as he was cutting in the ceiling and drywall he made sure to keep the dust minimal and even swept the floors as he moved from one area to the next! I was so impressed by the quality of his install and overall work ethic. I even added one more light/exhaust fan to the scope of work and he gave me a very fair and reasonable price for this added scope.

Sam is great! I appreciated the free quote. Before installing 3 sconces, he detailed what his plan for the new wiring would be. His is knowledgeable. He drilled through walls (one which was brick) and professionally installed the lighting fixtures. Thank you!

I recently hired Sam for a lighting project in my home and could not be happier with the work completed. Excellent communication from start to finish, showed up on time, responded to questions, and gave wonderful recommendations. I checked a few other contractors in the area before I hired Sam and his pricing was considerably more competitive. The quality of his work was second to none and my home lighting is absolutely beautiful thanks to Sam.
