Ben’z Locksmith

Ben replaced a mailbox lock for us. Great price, friendly and professional. We would definitely use him again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and neighbors.

I cannot thank Ben enough. I called early this morning, and he answered first try. He was at my house within 20 minutes and got us into our locked door where my car keys, house keys and room key were locked inside. I would HIGHLY recommend and will use them again in a heart beat (though I hope I won't need to).

I sent a "request a quote" to Ben'z Locksmith and honestly before I sat my phone down, Ben was calling. I was so impressed because I wasn't expecting such excellent customer service. I scheduled an appointment for that same day at 5:30 pm. His associate was at my home waiting for me. I was explained in detail what needed to be done, how long it would take and the cost before he started the job. I have 2 rescue dogs that would not shut up for anything. They barked the entire time and he didn't even flinch. They were driving me crazy and they're my dogs! If you need a locksmith, I highly recommend Ben'z locksmith. You can't go wrong. I have other locks I need replaced and will be calling Ben'z as soon as I get the new locks.
