I needed to change 5 locks at my new house and duplicate some new ones. I was shopping around calling different locksmiths in the area and none of them was as professional and quick as Ben was. He came on time, he did the job quickly and perfectly. I sent him to do some work for my sister and she had great experience of service as well. If you are looking for a good locksmith Ben is your man.

Needed some locks updated and come across Benz. Ben was able to schedule according to my schedule availability. He gave a courtesy call of his ETA the day of which I really appreciated. Ben showed up promptly and provided several options to select from. Ben completed the work in a timely manner, cleaned up which was great. His work was solid, professional and provided exactly what I asked for. Will definitely keep his info at hand for future needs.

Ben arrived on the agreed scheduled time. He advised me prior to the appointment what the range of costs could be depending on the issue with the deadbolt lock on the door. Was able to fix with the cost being on the low end on the potential range of costs. Will most definitely use again if necessary.
