- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are on my website. We love to include digital files with our pricing. So our thumbtack customers receive digital files as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact each other via email, agree on a time and place, they fill out a booking form to secure the date. We meet, shoot, have fun and then say our good byes. I send them a link of the edited images within two weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly on creative live or You tube learning. A few times a year I attend other photographers workshops to see how they do the job and keep my self on point.
