Introduction: We provide full-service home inspection in Bakersfield and all of Kern County. An inspection by Kern River Home Inspections will help you with this big decision by:
1. Identifying any safety or health issues.
2. Identifying components of the house that need maintenance, repair or replacement.
3. Providing you with a detailed report which delivers an accurate evaluation of the property's condition.
Home inspections generally take 2 to 4 hours depending upon the size and condition of the home. I encourage clients to join the inspection. I deliver a detailed home inspection report, complete with detailed images of any issues found. Reports are generally emailed within 24 hours (many times the same day). All clients are offered free email/phone consultations after the home inspection.
