Had an amazing experience with Dominic and his team CR Solutions. We had a tenant move out situation that left the house in poor condition, he contacted me, visited the property, and gave me a reliable well priced quote within 24 hours of my request submission on Thumbtack. His team started work immediately the next day and worked hard to ensure my timelines were met as he is experienced with flips and rentals and knows everyday a house is left empty matters. His team did a fantastic job with painting, reflooring, and fixing various small wear and tear and damage issues around the house with high attention to detail. Dominic in particular was very communicative and professional, making sure to call or text me with updates at least 1-2x per day. We had such a good experience that we will be hiring them again immediately for a future project on the same house. So thankful for their work!
