From start to finish, the BUILT boys helped with design ideas and were very meticulous with their craft throughout. Since it was a custom turtle pond, they included me throughout the build to make sure I was deciding what I wanted best. It really shows how much they value their work and have an unmatched work ethic. It was a wonderful experience and I ended up with a beautiful outdoor area to hang out with my turtles as the water falls and water springs splash around. Everything is on a wireless control and has been one of my favorite hang out places at home since.

I've worked for the owner of Built by Design for over 3 years the fact that he is a great employer and always takes the time to teach when you might not know something is amazing he spends the time to make sure everything is built properly and with care because quality is what he wants his buyers to see. The photo attached is just 1 building that I worked on under his management and it came out amazing!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know the customers construction wants, needs and aspirations for the future. Try to zone in on the style of construction desired. Come to understand time crunches, urgent or easy going scheduling format preferred.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No job out of reach as i am a teacher and builder by trade. I have personally trained my teams. Union Carpenter Local 1506/619 since 1998. Specializing in the Architectural craft. Have worked on projects as small as a home upgrade to high rises from the ground up to a small 19 building city for the U.S. Marines.
