Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I like to think I have a few tricks up my sleeve in the way I do my cleaning. Mostly I just try to make it fun for me and to put myself in my client's shoes when it comes to going that extra mile. I have a great sense of humor and I love to make up silly songs and dance while I clean. Sometimes my clients are there when I do it, but I don't mind sharing...bathrooms are my favorite places to belt out favorites such as "The Never Ending Laundry," and "We are HappyClean if You Please." Book me to find out how they sound! :) As cheesy as this sounds, I truly love making your Home Happy. I chose the name HappyClean because I noticed a correlation between my husbands mood and the cleanliness of my house. When I clean my own home (and the pics on my profile are of my own home) I tell my kids we are going to make the house HappyClean. When they do this they know it will make their daddy happy, too. I decided to expand my HappyClean Philosophy to other houses, and have met with great success. I love making a positive difference in my clients' well-being and attitude, and am even known to sing silly songs and/or dance as I am cleaning just because I know I am doing something positive for another person.

First time was great after that less then stellar, final time horrible. Nothing but excuses for a VERY poor job but wanted to be paid full price. No attention to deal or pride in her work. never recommend
SonicQueen UltraSonic Blind Cleaning Services's reply
I cleaned for Janice D a total of three times, there was never a variance in her cleanings in fact the last "terrible" time I arrived much earlier than my usual time and did some extra things. The slanderous allegations saying I have no "attention to detail" or "pride in my work," can be easily negated by the hundreds of happy and satisfied clients I have had over my years of cleaning. I also have pictures of this woman's home showing nothing more than a beautifully cleaned and shining abode. I took this job because we have a mutual acquaintance but everything about it felt wrong from the start. During the last cleaning not only did she say very rude and mean things to me at a level only a fishwife could achieve but after giving me a check she stopped it (telling me via email she had done so), then sent me another one for only half the amount. This was after I had stayed longer to re-clean a few areas she felt I had missed, and then sending me the nasty email I received before I even gotten home (she lives in another town and travelling is not usually what I do but bc of our mutual acquaintance I made an exception) stating she had stopped the check bc she found more things I had missed. I am a reasonable person and not prone to getting upset but verbally abusing me, stopping my payment and then paying only half after I had stayed to re-clean, and then trying to negate my way of supporting my children through slander on this site is a bit much. Also saying I wanted to be paid full price is a bit deceptive. Yes, I felt I had done the job and usually when the client is there and we do a walk-through and I re-clean areas that the client feels are not done correctly I take that as the "HappyClean Guarantee" has been met and full price is expected. The fee she pays is very nice, and I was not the one to set it, she was, I would not have charged her as much to be honest. I would have been okay had she paid less $30 or so, but she took out $75 and that after I re-cleaned, paid a sitter to watch my kids all day, arrived early to make sure I got everything done before my second job, and travelled to her home. And the areas she mentioned were so miniscule as to be laughable, when looking at how large her home is (I also cleaned her large pool room and two large areas that make up her home office) and how much I did for her that day. I have so many happy clients and I know I am a wonderful cleaner, and a rather awesome person, so I hope Janice feels better getting this off her chest. I wish her all the best of luck finding a cleaner able to work with her, and am glad it will not be me. God Bless you, Janice D. Regards, Nicole W.

I gave her a tough job...about a years worth of hard water stains on a shower and sinks and a ring around a toilet that was cousins with the rings of Saturn. She came, worked hard and rid me of these issues and gave me helpful hints to avoid a grim return of said nasty things. Cost was comparable to other offers but I wanted to keep my money in the home town and am glad I did. Live in Lincoln and need cleaning done? Hire Nicole.

HappyClean was able to complete a large job as a last minute request. They were easy to work with and helped me out of a bind.

FAQs

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am happy to say it was in my own home. Well, my mom and dad's anyway. I was just in Utah visiting them and they have done so much for me I cleaned their home for them. My mom saw her sparkling clean glass shower door and started crying! (It was a Happy cry but I was scared there for a second). I have to admit I was a late-bloomer in the cleaning department and my mom told me she never thought she'd live to see the day I enjoyed cleaning. I told her it was different when I am doing it in service for others...darn it, made her cry again! :)

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your Homework! This is your Home and you may have to Work to find the right person to take care of it properly! Make sure you know they are trustworthy and that you have a good feeling before you have them clean. An in-depth phone conversation is the bare minimum I recommend for this type of service. Face to face is better to establish a rapport with them. I always like to meet my potential clients in person to make sure there is a positive vibe and to see the House I am going to make Happy. Local or nearby services are the best way to go to minimize confusion and to make any special requests easier to fill. :)
