we had gas leak inside wall which required shutting off gas line by PG&E. We needed immediate repair of the leak and AJ responded within 5 minutes and then came out on the same day. He evaluated the situation carefully and tried to make minimal damage to the wall and identify the source of the leak. His logic to diagnosis the potential leak source was very reasonable and he correctly found the leak in his first attempt. It was super hard to reach as it was a corner of the house with not much room to work with. He struggled to get the cracked nut out and replace it but he was very persistent, didn’t give up and eventually replaced the nut after many attempts (after removing the cracked one, two pipes were kinda hard to reconnect as there was not enough room to put hand in to pull them close enough) anyways, it was a great service and also, AJ was very pleasant to talk to. Nice guy and his work is great. I never had plumbing service before so not sure about the cost, but I think it was worth it. Honestly I don’t know how much to expect but it was a bit more than I expected.. but hey.. everything’s expensive these days and it took him more than 6 hrs to get it fixed and also it’s gas leak.. kinda scary, so he deserves that much. I highly recommend AJ for probably any kind of work. Hope I don’t need him again, but I’ll definitely call him when needed.

I recently hired Iman to replace the old hot and cold water valves. He needed to cut into the drywall to reach the pipes and made two trips to get the correct parts. Throughout the process, he explained what he was doing in a clear, friendly manner and kept me informed. After completing the installation, he patched the drywall neatly. The total cost seemed appropriate for the work required. Overall, the service was handled well, and I would use his services again in the future.
