Called for clogged kitchen sink. AJ was super professional, straight to the point, and did a great job explaining the repair and walking us through all the options l. Highly recommend him—we’ll definitely be calling him again for future projects.

we had gas leak inside wall which required shutting off gas line by PG&E. We needed immediate repair of the leak and AJ responded within 5 minutes and then came out on the same day. He evaluated the situation carefully and tried to make minimal damage to the wall and identify the source of the leak. His logic to diagnosis the potential leak source was very reasonable and he correctly found the leak in his first attempt. It was super hard to reach as it was a corner of the house with not much room to work with. He struggled to get the cracked nut out and replace it but he was very persistent, didn’t give up and eventually replaced the nut after many attempts (after removing the cracked one, two pipes were kinda hard to reconnect as there was not enough room to put hand in to pull them close enough) anyways, it was a great service and also, AJ was very pleasant to talk to. Nice guy and his work is great. I never had plumbing service before so not sure about the cost, but I think it was worth it. Honestly I don’t know how much to expect but it was a bit more than I expected.. but hey.. everything’s expensive these days and it took him more than 6 hrs to get it fixed and also it’s gas leak.. kinda scary, so he deserves that much. I highly recommend AJ for probably any kind of work. Hope I don’t need him again, but I’ll definitely call him when needed.

AJ is a life saver! He is so responsive and fast to the work. Our shower cartridge was broken and the part was too old to find anything similar, he ordered it online and did the work in the fastest way possible.
