I recently hired AJ to install a reverse osmosis system under my sink, and I’m really glad I did. After researching different models, I decided on the Waterdrop X12 and purchased it on Amazon. I considered installing it myself, but after a past DIY dishwasher install led to leaks and floor damage, I decided to leave it to a professional. He even offered same-day service and made the drive from Livermore to Manteca during rush hour, which I really appreciated. When he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He got started right away, and the entire installation took about 1–2 hours. He was patient throughout the process, answered all my questions, and clearly knew what he was doing. One thing that really stood out was his attention to detail and care. Before drilling, he first checked whether my sink already had an existing extra hole for the RO faucet. Once we confirmed the setup, he carefully measured everything to make sure he was drilling in the correct location through the quartz countertop.
