I had a great experience with Foundation Repair of CA. Horacio and his crew were great, they worked quickly, and when they were finished, they cleaned up very well and put everything back as it was. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing foundation repairs. I am in Milpitas, and it was no problem for them to come over here and get the job done.

We just finished a substantial project with Foundation Repair, and have been completely happy with the process and the results. This project is an investment in our home, but not one that we likely will think about - unlike a kitchen remodel or even new windows! However, it is just as important and having people who are well educated and dedicated to their work is essential. From the first appointment to the final inspection, everyone with whom we worked went out of their way to make the process easy to understand, and as painless as possible for us as homeowners.In particular, George (Foreman) and Tiger ( the great! ) worked together to ensure that each part of the work being done was not just completed, but completed perfectly. Each step was explained to us, and when possible, we saw video of what was going on during the process. Each day we were given a report, with the plans for the following day, and except when it was not practical, everything was cleaned to perfection,While we certainly hope never to have a project of this magnitude again, we are glad that we had such professional guidance to get us through this one, and we know that our neighbors are on board as many stopped by to ask what we were doing!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a same day savings of 5% on a project if a customer signs the contract on the day of the appointment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free evaluations for all homeowners who are not in the process of selling the home. Our specialists will come out and do a thorough check of the home including pictures and measurements both inside and outside of the home. We check the level of the floor at the ground level in all rooms and go down into the crawl space or basement for raised foundations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our training is completed through Supportworks, our parent company. Our product is purchased through them as well and they back all of our warranties. Our specialists are continuously training with meetings, ride alongs, and constant feedback from management.
