Amy was able to help me quickly with a hard situation I’ve been having for several years. She helped me come up with new strategies and to gain confidence in what I need to do differently, to change my outcomes. I would highly recommend her!!

Amy is understanding and relatable. This is the best first session I’ve ever had, and if you’ve been to therapy the first can be the toughest. She guided me to make connections within the first 30 minutes of the session. She continuously validated my feelings while giving me new ways to look at things. I will be going again!

Amy is wonderful - I found her online when I thought I needed help with some personal issues. Boy did I luck out - she turned out to be the perfect person for me to talk with about a variety of troubling topics. We meet for an hour each week on Zoom after which I normally feel relieved - as I had the chance to air my concerns and someone actually listened and gave great feedback.
She's a wonderful listener - she asks good and relevant questions - and she remembers from week to week details of our prior conversations and actually follows up with questions if she feels an issue remains to be resolved.
Based on the last couple of months talking with Amy I feel very fortunate to have found such a valuable human resource on whom I can rely. I look forward to our weekly sessions.
Thank you Amy.

Amy was professional, insightful, and offered some good advice/suggestions. I felt that the session helped in giving me perspective on "next steps". I would recommend her to anyone who is unsure about their direction in life.

I can’t begin to describe what a positive impact Amy Lindsey has had on my life! I started meeting with her when I was in the middle of a life crisis. Between my marriage falling apart and some other tragic events, everything in my world felt overwhelming. I had days where my sadness and hurt were as much as I could bear. Amy had a way of listening to each situation, acknowledging my pain, and helping me find solutions. She encouraged me to be open and honest and would hold me accountable for decisions I made. When I met her, I felt an instant rapport. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants to help them find healing through difficult times or success with their life struggles. I would highly recommend Amy Lindsey as a therapist or life coach! I am so thankful that I found her during my most difficult time. She brought me hope, healing and encouraged me to make significant positive changes in my life.
