Please think twice before you even consider hiring David Weber from GRN Envy. I would be more happier paying another company who was more reputable and professional. Pros: Artificial turf is good quality. Cons: -Bait and switch scheme -Professional and communicative in the beginning then drops off of the face of the earth. -Estimated project completion time was not accurate or even close to what he stated. He said 1wk but little did we know it was more like 4 weeks. His rendidtion of 1 wk is broken up to several weeks. He spread 5 days over 4 weeks. Meaning 1wk they would work 2 days, 2nd wk another 1 or 2 days and so forth. -Did not communicate with us about the project throughout the entirety of it. We had to contact him several times to ask if anyone was coming to work on the project. -Additional unauthorized charges. Then when I questioned him about the charges he became defensive and unprofessional to say the least. Even his so called billing dept rep Barbara ( I think thats her name) was non existent (only was available when it came to charging my card) how ironic! He even attempted to justify the additional charges stating that "well we add additional things on your project"...we knew those were additional and that he included that in the contract amount and on the diagram that we both signed. But he continued to deny it. -We noticed our front yard plants were dying and we found out they shut the main water valve ( we noticed it after completion a few weeks after) that when they were putting the decomposed granite on the side of our home that they had turned it off then without informing us and in addition, did not even properly plug the drip line below the pathway, therefore, our pathway flooded when we turned the drip system back on. We notified him plus we sent pictures and videos and all he had to say was that they do not take care of that.

I strongly do NOT recommend GRN ENVY. There are a multitude of reasons but I will cover just a few. First of all, GRN ENVY uses the construction license of another company and the salesman/project manager I worked with uses a different name with GRN ENVY as he does with Thumbtack and the construction licensing board. This is suspicious to me. Secondly the project was estimated to take 2 1/2 weeks and was not completed until 4 1/2 months. Thirdly, I had contracted for a higher quality product containing a 15 year warranty – was assured in writing that the product I selected contained a 15 year warranty when in fact it did not - it was a lower quality product with a 10 year warranty artificial turf. Some might call this fraud. And finally the workmen caused damage in a few areas, came to repair, and still left it unacceptable and when asked to fix their errors I was told I’d be charged a deposit of $250 plus any additional cost for them to fix what they messed up. Again these are only a few of the many problems that I encountered with this company. I made all payments on time and worked in good faith throughout this process but unfortunately the company operates only with bad faith and untruths.

It is unfortunate when individuals engage for services they are not budgeted for, causing many owner caused delays. The results are beautiful. We we simply cannot provided "free " or altered services that cost more . We follow the contract as agreed to, are willing to accommodate where we can.
