American Remodels did a beautiful job adding a patio to my backyard. Steven was super easy to work with, communicative, reasonably priced, and detail oriented. I can't believe this!!! We contracted with this company to install turf around our pool. Little did I know, when he was here for another project, (new slider install) he saw a dip in the turf I did not see. Quickly, he scheduled an appointment for warranty repair. Here's the kicker, he actually showed up and completed the repair! Hashtag shocked. Never in my years have I seen this level of customer service! Especially these days! Oh, I'm old too! TIA

Our pricing is based on time, materials, and safety
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go over all ideas they have for their project, seeing if the idea works, work on a contract both parties are comfortable with, select materials, select time slots for the project to start, complete project. We look to provide a boutique collaboration with our customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have licensed realtors/contractors on our team. Being in the industry and seeing so many projects prepare us for obstacles in our work.
