- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to make sure that the customer is satisfied with the finished product. I will not do any work that I would not accept in my own home. I am very proud of my work, and I strive to make sure that the customer is happy when the job is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After introducing myself and going over the project, I will make sure that the customer understands all the options that are available to him/her. Since I don't work by the hour, its important that the customer understands that I'm not "milking the clock", I'm just very careful in regards to their property, their safety and the safety of my staff, and that I prefer to do the job right on the first pass.
