Bryan came within hours of my call. My relatively expensive entertainment system just wasn’t sounding right and my tinkering wasn’t helping. Bryan quickly saw the problem, remedied it, tidied up the loose ends, showed me how to control Apple TV from iPhones and gave me a welcome education on the latest & greatest equipment that’s on the horizon. Great service, great price, very happy client. I’ll be using Crisp again.

Richie and Bryan were on time and delivered as promised! Now we have screaming fast Internet for computers and TV. We also have Internet at all CAT 6 plates in the house so our desktops are hard-wired. New Wifi transmitters from hard points topped it off. Will call them next time for sure. -John

I would highly recommend Crisp A&V and would definitely use them again. My GC suggested that I call Richie to install a speaker system in my kitchen and a central wireless access point to improve internet connection for the house. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of my questions. I'm an interior designer and will refer any of my clients in need to him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a Custom Systems Integrator Company. Our basic Service Call fee is just $125, which includes the roll of a truck and up to 1 hr of our top rated service with 1 qualified technician on-site.
Please contact us for our special rates on specific projects as our labor rate will be different on these cases, depending of the number of qualified technicians are required to accomplish the desired scope of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If possible, we request going to the client's home to perform a site-walk for an initial quote process. If this is not an option, we try to get as much information from the client and we build a rough estimate of the work to be performed based on what the client have told us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are LICENSED C-7 Low Voltage contractors with a combined of over 15 years of combined experience on the home & commercial AV environments. We are certified to install and configure Home Automation systems such as Elan, Control4, Total Control, Savant, etc. As well as to program stand-alone systems as Complete Control, Logitech Harmony, etc.
