- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is generally given by range depending on a few factors that we like to know before setting the price. Prices are always approximate based on the information we are given.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a service provider we have to adapt to our customers communication preferences. Depending on how the customer reaches us, we will respond with price and possibly ask more questions. We understand that everyone's time is valuable and we all try to get the most out of our days. So we will generally always ask you to give us a quick call so we can get a little more info before the final price is set or we ask the customer to either send address or picture of street view of the property they want service for. This gives us an idea of the accessibility and the types of windows they are and any special equipment needed to do the job. Things get missed all time so we want to do it right the first time and properly give the customer an accurate price. We also have no problem coming to you and giving you an estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We started this company in Oct. 2019 bringing with us 7+ years cleaning windows, pressure/power washing, rain gutter and solar panel cleaning and over 25 years in Customer Service and Management experience. This with all this combined we are all about creating a great Customer Experience.
