- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First time clients receive 10% off. I am relaunching my business full time after a few years in the corporate world, so I want to be fair and accessible while focusing on reaching new clients. I love to go above and beyond for my clients and feel I offer great value for what I include.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a great deal of preparation. I print charts, do extensive analysis and focus on areas the client requires. This could be any area, or issue, from the past, present, or future. I also print reports and a chart to give the client. Readings are open and interactive. I share exactly what I see and we process together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up learning from my mother, an astrologer. Studied avidly since I was a teen. Took classes and read everyone I could from this early age. One mentor I trained under encouraged me after noting the skill was prominent in my own chart. I also have a degree in psychology and draw on this during consultations.
