I have been a professional photographer around the country for about 9 years. I have won awards and prizes, including Photo of the Week by National Geographic. I LOVE photography. Anywhere you want to shoot, I will make it look incredible. I am also pretty fun to be around. I have a bit of a Southern charm thing going for me, being raised in Texas and all. I also have endless jokes, some bad, some awesome, but I promise to make even the grumpiest of grandpa's smile for their portrait. I am great with kiddos too! I was a camp counselor for 10 years, and a high school art teacher. What do you want? Just tell me. :)

Rachel certainly has all the qualities we all wish for from our photographer. She is friendly, patient and so easy to work with. She knows how to make you feel relaxed and directs you to take good pictures. I hired her for our engagement and bridal photos after reading the previous reviews given by others on her website. On the day of our photo shoot, it was cloudy and very windy. To be honest, we were a bit worried if the results wouldn't be good because of the weather. But when she sent us the result, we were very pleased!! She took great photos of us! Thank you, Rachel. You are an awesome photographer! You have given me nice memories to look at!! :-)

Yes. I have different packages for Portraits, Newborns, Weddings, and Events.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Texas Tech with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and and emphasis in Photography in 2010. I have worked professionally ever since, mostly in Dallas. I have worked dozens of conferences/conventions, and taken thousands of head shots. And been lucky enough to photograph some pretty great people. I was also a high school photography teacher in Texas, but that is a wild story that you will have to ask me about in person.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
