I had some badly chipped tiles that were previously cut unevenly and there was a ton of dust from the work. I called Gavino to shave the tiles down so they were all even and he did a great job without creating any dust. He replaced some of the broken tiles and re-grouted in the same day. He worked fast and did a good job explaining what he needed to do so we were on the same page. Would definitely hire again.

Gavino was very responsive and prompt in helping us find a creative solution for an unusual request. We needed to add tile to the outside of a tub in order to make the edge completely flat to avoid having sitting water. Gavino went to Home Depot and sent multiple options for tile to match what we had. Once he was onsite with his team, he messaged me and relayed his plans over the phone and via pictures since I couldn't be onsite myself. He was patient and waited for my approval before moving forward with the project.
