- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is set so there aren't any surprises or outside costs. We give you one cost that is all inclusive. Ready to chat? I would love to share my ideas with you on how we can get your project under way and in that process get you a formal proposal for you to review!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The very first step after initiating the process is to hold a kickoff meeting (typically over screenshare) where I go over the key aspects of the project including objectives, structure, design style, and important project dates.

I've worked with LAPD, City of LA, large PR firms, National Franchises, and many businesses of varying sizes and different industries.
