Excellent experience working with Carol on my laptop issue. Great communication and expectation setting. Easy to work with, flexible hours and willing to work around my availability limitations. Ultimately, data on my hard drive could not be retrieved but Carol spent time with me discussing options and I am very impressed with her work.
