- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are never a secret, you will know how much you are paying before we move forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My entire process is done completely online. You'll e-sign an engagement letter, pay a deposit, and fill out an online organizer. If I need anything clarified I will reach out and ask, otherwise you'll receive a draft copy to review. If it looks good, you will click a "thumbs up" button, and within 24 hours E-file authorizations will be delivered for electronic signature. As soon as those forms are signed, and any leftover balance on my invoice is paid, you are filed and will receive an automatic notification of acceptance of your return by the tax authorities. Everything is done in writing, no surprises.

-Over a decade of tax experience -BS/MS Accounting/Tax -Extensive annual continuing education requirements -Examination by the IRS itself to be granted licensure to practice in all 50 states
