Introduction: With my own equipment, I help my clients reach their body/diet/nutrition goals by traveling to them, putting them through High Intensity workouts (varied by ability) inducing fast increases in lean body mass, and fat loss. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Former D1 Track and Field Power Athlete at UCSB, and am currently studying to earn my CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) qualifications. Following my diet/nutrition protocol, my first client lost 25 pounds of body fat, and gained 6 pounds of lean muscle mass in 8 weeks training with me 3 times a week. He also increased his Bench Press by 35 pounds, Squat and Deadlift each by 65 pounds. I work with both males, and females and would love to help/advise you to achieving the body you want!
