- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- We're offering new clients 25% off the hourly rate for the first two hours of work performed. After that, it's $65 an hour. The great thing is, we only bill for the time we perform services, no rounding up the nearest hour.. - Discount on an hourly rate if guaranteed a minimum amount of hours. Contact for details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial consultation to see if we're a good fit, we meet, either in person or via video call, to go over their current accounting and processes. We go through what's working now and what can be improved. If a client is new to accounting and starting from scratch, we set up the Quickbooks Online account to feed the businesses bank accounts and set up view-only access to the accounts necessary to perform the monthly accounting.

- Quickbooks Pro Advisor - Human Resource Management, UC Irvine - Service Titan Accountant - B.S. Accounting- In progress - Certified Accounting Clerk II I'm currently in the process of achieving my bachelor's in accounting with a concentration in environmentalism. I've completed accounting work for all clients at a CPA firm with monthly in-depth reviews by a CPA. I've assisted with our client's HR compliance and have received my HR certification through UC Irvine I worked through many roles in finance giving me an in-depth understanding of the industry.
