Felipe was extremely quick to respond to my inquiry and was so professional and prompt! We had just moved into a new house and needed to replace a toilet and fix a slow draining kitchen sink. He took care of both on the same visit with such care and everything works great. He even suggested a few things for the future to make sure we were aware of things about our house.
