I reached out to Mr. Drains R&P yesterday because my mother’s water heater is not working. Josh was quick to responds to all my questions. He was able to go to my mother’s house the next morning and gave an estimate and a comparison. He communicated with me via texted at all times since I couldn’t be at my Mother’s house the day of. He sent me an update pictures as soon as he was done with the project. Sent me a copy of the invoice of all the information and warranty. We will definitely use this company again if ever need it. Thanks Josh for all your work! (before and after pictures)
