- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our work is custom and we charge a no non-sense fixed fee per project. We charge 50% of the project fee as a deposit and the balance when your business plan is complete. Once we turn in your draft, you will have up to 3 weeks to request revisions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you are retained we will you a project check list and kick-off call to gather any materials and preliminary information about your venture. We will then hold a discovery session in which we will lead a conversation and ask the critical questions needed to start on your business plan. We are great at filling in gaps and offering solutions to questions you do not have a good answer too. Once our discovery is complete, it can take up to two weeks to prepare a draft and we offer three weeks of free revisions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Business Administration from USC. I also employ six MBA or PHD consultants. All our consultants also have a proven entrepreneurial background.
