- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial telephone consultation is free of charge. We work with you to make an affordable plan to help you with your business. While it is possible to bill hourly, we usually will offer you an affordable flat fee for the services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we like to setup a time for a brief phone consultation to get to know your business and determine how we can best help you. Then we will put together a quote for the proposed services. Depending on the location, it may be possible to work together in person, or over the phone and email. The goal is for you to be satisfied and happy with your decision to hire us to help your business!
