- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on type and complexity of each project, number of pieces, level of design assistance requested, etc. I work with each client to determine their unique needs and price projects accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will typically review the initial project request and ask any additional clarifying questions needed in order to generate a project scope, timeline, and quote. I will then work with you to refine the project proposal, which may include proofs for approval prior to starting the bulk of the work. I am based in Los Angeles, California, but am able to take on work across the country. Project proposals for non-local work would include shipping/handling costs and timing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always had a talent for art and design and a lifelong passion for drawing, painting, crafting, and graphic design. I have honed my calligraphy skills by experience over the years and enjoy pushing myself to define my style and improve with each new project. Formally, I have two professional degrees in Architecture.
