Guy has been absolutely wonderful to work with this is my second time using his services and he continues to exceed expectations. He recently replaced my condensate water pump and drain line, and also went above and beyond by replacing my AC grate so I can easily access and replace the filter myself completely free of charge. His responsiveness has been exceptional throughout, and he genuinely takes care of his customers rather than just completing the job and moving on. We needed to replace our HVAC system and met with GUY from Cool Air Calif. Guy is very knowledgeable, polite , punctual. We decided to go with his company and start date was Dec 16. At 8 am on that day I met Anthony,Victor and Adam and the rest of the team who were all very professional. The install team needed to finish the following morning and they were done by noon.
