We had an assessment on our HVAC done by Fuse and though they quoted us to repair, we decided it was best to replace the 20 year old unit. Boris, the tech was great about explaining the process and Mike was very patient and gave us a great quote. They even worked with us on the pricing and helped us with financing options. On the install day everything went perfectly. The techs were on time and didn't even take a lunch break. As far as I can tell the install was flawless and we would definitely use them again. We also used them for a gas fireplace repair and that was a hard thing to find someone to properly repair. Boris did an excellent job and it's working better than ever!

Furnace wasnt working. Called 7:30am, tech was dispatched at between 10:00-12:00, showed up at 11:00, gave me three options (one was to replace the entire furnace). I chose the middle option, which was to replace faulty parts. Bruce, the tech, did a great job, communicated thoroughly, no pressure to replace the whole unit. Was very thankful for the same-day service. Paid by Zelle. Would use this service again.

This company Fuse HVAC is amazing! I 100% recommend them. Honest, reliable, affordable definitely recommend. Super nice and knowledgeable. True gentlemen.I usually dont write reviews but I felt compelled to write one for them. My mom is an elderly woman and they helped her with her HAVC its getting colder now and she had a huge leak and they accommodated us and fixed it. We had contacted and paid another company and after 2 months it went out then when I called them they said we needed to pay again. So I went on Yelp and found FUSE HVAC and they were so great and explained the problem and guaranteed their work. Thank you so much! We will be able to have a warm holiday :)

We had Fuse come out to replace our rooftop HVAC unit after doing the initial HVAC inspection on our new home. Working with them was a really great experience. Michael was our main point of contact and a true pro. He was a super knowledgeable guy and made himself available to answer all our questions leading up to the install. The quote he gave us was super reasonable and the install process itself was incredibly smooth. The other tech, George, was also very kind and professional. Great company, highly recommend.
