Really really glad I found Onecimo. Need led to have a last minute inspection on a Sunday for a home we were purchasing in n order to verify a repair that was supposed to be done by the seller (and wasn’t). He was able to come out on a Sunday and was a total straight shooter. We ended up completely replacing our air conditioning system and he was honest and thorough throughout. This was also during heat wave, so I’m sure he was busy. Really great guy always felt like he was on my team.
