I am glad that I found Cesar Concrete, come over and discussed the project with detail about the work he would do. Measuring, removal of trash, framing, leveling, type of rebar and type of concrete. The concrete delivery was late and Cesar send it back as the concrete is no good when it arrives late. That didn’t matter to Cesar, as he was more focus and doing thing right not quick. His dedication with to detail, going the extra mile for my satisfaction no matter how long it took. He was here working late because the concrete delivery but that didn’t matter again he wanted to make sure it was PERFECT. OMG what a great job, thank you Cesar for everything and you are the person I would recommend to everyone and for my next project. This guy is a perfectionist and very detail to his final touches.
