Lior and Rafi were great to work with. We needed a complete overhaul of our hardscaping. They provided us with a very competitive estimate, started work with urgency, and their team produced great work quality for our new retention walls, stairs, hand railings, and some landscaping. There were a few additional, smaller needs that popped up along the way that were not originally planned for, and they accommodated those additional requests without increasing our total cost. Rafael and his team were great! Pricing was fair and turnaround was super quick. Was great to have a general contractor on the job as they were able to fix drainage, pour concrete and repair siding on my house as well.

Rafael and Lior (and the whole crew) of Master Loco Construction made our long-wished-for dream come true. Since we bought this house, our walkway was dangerously uneven and we were without a driveway. As soon as we met Rafael, we knew he would get the job done and get it done well. Throughout the process, both he and Lior were more responsive than any contractor team with whom we've ever worked. Messages were received and replied to at all hours, far beyond expectation. Rafael not only took the time to go over the plans each day, but he welcomed other questions and future ideas. He gave advice when needed, and let us choose patterns and styles without challenging decisions. He even entertained our children with alpaca hair and a live chicken. It was a pleasure working with him from start to finish. We feel very grateful that we found Master Loco through Thumbtack. We hope to work with them again on future projects. We prefer to see the project in person in order to provide an accurate estimate however, sometimes photos help us get an idea of the work that needs to be done. We do our best to make it easy and comfortable for the customer.
