Ines was very responsive and was always available if I needed to speak with him on something and he was able to get the demolition job done in the time that he estimated at a very reasonable price.
The job was demo on a big 4600 sqft warehouse and even though we ran into some snags initially on getting a dumpster to get rid of the debris, Ines was able to get that handled very quickly and smoothly.
He was also always on-time/early which is very important to me. Thanks Ines!

Ines and his crew did a fantastic job on the demo of our 2300' warehouse. It's an old building from the 1940's that was separated into 5 or 6 rooms. They removed the drop ceiling and the ceiling stucco to reveal the open beams. They removed all walls, nails, carpet, hardwood floors, rotted wood, an outdoor overhang, etc. They left the warehouse clean and open just like we wanted. All of the workers had a happy disposition even though they were working in 100 degree conditions. The job was started and finished in the exact amount of time quoted. I will definitely use Central Coast Cities and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The crew did a great job demolishing out kitchen cabinets and removing tile. Extremely responsive and did the job fast! Great work overall - and so helpful that they were able to remove all the debris.

i just go look at the work and give them a bid.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we are taking courses about it and also read all sort of documents the State Contractor License Board sent us. For Example, We now have to Register with the Industrial Relation Department in order to keep getting work from Government projects.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
At first i started as an agriculture contractor. We did prune lemon trees, avocado trees and then we expanded to prune trees and cleaning around houses. We just to have an average of 50 to 150 people in our company.
