- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our DJ packages are custom. Rates are based on the day of week, time of year, and actual services needed. This gives us the ability to bid the lowest possible price for the exact DJ package you're looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the acceptance of our quote, booking is confirmed when a signed contract and deposit or full payment has been received. The type and size of your event will determine the level of our interaction from there on out. For larger events we will obviously be more hands-on in working with you, whereas smaller events requires less involvement from us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years DJ/MC experience throughout Southern California. We have provided DJ services at almost every event type, and all sizes.
