- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fee's vary by request. We offer 15 minutes, 30 minute, 45 minute, 60 minute, and 95 minute walks/hikes. Depending on the cadence of your pup, we will work with most requests. If you book up to 3 month block periods you could save upwards of $300!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a meet and greet with the walker. From there it is how much, or how little, you and fido likes us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lead walker, and Co-Founder, Trent R. has spent over 20 years surrounded by dogs. He has learned how to administer insulin into cats and dogs with diabetes. He is animal cpr/aed certified via the red cross.
