I had a great experience with Local Plumbing & HVAC Pros. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They installed our tankless water heater perfectly and made sure everything was done to code. Communication was clear, the work area was left clean, and the whole process was smooth. Special thanks to Albert, Roland, and Rolando for their excellent work — they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I highly recommend them for any plumbing or HVAC needs!

Details: Repair • Part malfunctioning • Hot water turns off during use • Other heater issue • Gas tankless • Outside • House

We were in desperate need of a plumber to unclog our bathroom sink, and LOCAL PLUMBING & HVAC PROS truly came through! Within minutes of my call, they responded and had a technician, Art, at our home in less than 45 minutes.

Art was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He not only fixed the issue promptly but also took the time to explain in detail what caused the clog and shared practical long-term solutions to prevent it from happening again. I was so impressed with his expertise that I asked him to assess a few other concerns while he was here. Art went above and beyond, inspecting our water pressure and water heater and identifying a few code-related and preventative safety hazards we weren’t aware of.

Art's thorough explanations and honest recommendations gave both my wife and me confidence and peace of mind. Yes, plumbing repairs can be costly, but the value Art provided in helping us avoid future problems made it 100% worth it. Thanks to Art, our home is now safer and more secure.

Highly recommend LOCAL PLUMBING & HVAC PROS—and if you can, ask for Art!

Details: No, repair is not urgent • Multiple drains have issues • Clogging • Slow draining • House
