Zakhar was amazing! He messaged within minutes of my posting on Thumbtack and was at my house replacing my garbage disposal in less than an hour from the moment I posted. He finished cleanly and very quickly and was helpful in helping me understand the process.
Furthermore, I asked him afterwards to look at a heating problem in our water system that has been bothering us and confusing other plumbers for years and he graciously obliged and fixed it within minutes!!
Zakhar genuinely seems concerned about the quality of our plumbing system and is caring in his work! Thank you for everything Zakhar!

My shower/tub faucets were dripping and becoming worse by the day and even though I turned off the water supply to the house the problem persisted. I had called another plumbing company yesterday who came out and not only quoted me a very high price (plus a charge for the service call) but gave me a lot of (expensive) suggestions. I wasn't sure I trusted the information and and wanted a second opinion and just at that moment a Thumbtack commercial came on TV so I went the site and called one of the plumbers listed, Zakhar Pluming, Zak called me immediately and we made an appointment for this morning (with no service call charge). He came exactly when he said he would, analyzed the problem quickly and accurately (I had done a bit of 'leaky faucet' research last night) and within an hour everything was fixed. His price was very reasonable and he was a pleasure to deal with and he is now my plumber for life. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Zakhar did an excellent job diagnosing the toilet water flow issue and fixing it in a timely manner. I have seen other providers throw blind estimates at you, offering to order the parts for a whole new toilet without even seeing it. Not the case here. I appreciate his professional approach. You can proceed with confidence that he will do it right.
